Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management

The Advanced level Diploma in Human Resources Management (HRM) covers the underpinning knowledge required for CIPD Associate, Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow.

The Diploma is competency based so candidates will write personal reports and produce evidence to meet the CIPD requirements.

Who is suited to the Advanced Diploma?

  • Those who have the responsibility for Human Resource / L&D decision making within an organisation at either operational, tactical or more strategic level.
  • HR / L&D professionals in a team or HR functional management role, who are seeking to enhance and develop their career.
  • Those with responsibilities for the HR / L&D function and activities within an organisation without a specialist function.
  • Independent or employed consultants who support organisations in meeting their goals.

    What to expect on the course.

    The Diploma takes between 12-18 months to complete and is delivered on a one to one coaching basis with a personal advisor.

    Candidates also attend workshops delivered by dms Ireland to prepare them for the two CIPD Nationally set case studies held in January and May of each year. Candidates can choose to complete an award, certificate or diploma on this course.
