DMS Ireland Launches CIPD Advanced Summer School for 2019
We are delighted to announce the first ever DMS Ireland Advanced Summer School for 2019.
Lynn Carson, Managing Director of DMS Ireland explains more: “this is an exciting opportunity for those who wish to give their career a summer boost as candidates will complete 1 Module per week over 4 weeks to gain the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) Advanced Certificate in Human Resources.”
The CIPD Advanced Certificate is gained with the successful completion of four Advanced Level Modules. The Level 7 Certificate will provide 60 credits and will cover the following 4 Modules:
- Developing Skills for Business Leadership (7SBL)
- Employee Engagement (7EEG)
- Resourcing & Talent Management (7RTM)
- Performance Management (7PFM)
Candidates will attend four one-day group facilitated sessions at DMS in Bangor, which will take place over the following Saturdays:
- Saturday 27th July: 10am – 4:30pm
- Saturday 3rd August: 10am – 4:30pm
- Saturday 10th August: 10am – 4:30pm
- Saturday 17th August: 10am – 4:30pm
Lynn Carson continued: “The sessions will be delivered in a facilitative format with preparation sent in advance and the opportunity to map out the Personal Report during the day. We are excited to provide these sessions over the summer on a Saturday to provide flexibility for those who can’t commit to attending during the week. This will also provide those thinking of embarking on an Advanced Level programme with an opportunity to fast track the Advanced Certificate.
