Who is suited to the Intermediate Diploma?

  • Those who are working at HR Officer / HR Supervisor level / or a supporting L&D role
  • Those working in a training function
  • Those who have completed a level 4 NVQ Personnel / L&D or CPP/CTP and want to progress
  • Those who are new to HR or L&D and working at a Middle manager / officer level in HR/L&D
  • [divider_padding] As this programme is competency based, there is minimal disruption to the working day. Candidates can start the course at any time throughout the year.

    Information on attendance on the course

    This new Level 5 CIPD qualification is a competency-based programme and delivered via one to one coaching sessions with a DMS Ireland Advisor with 3 group workshops integrated into the programme.

    The induction will be undertaken on a one to one basis or via a group session. Candidates can attend 3 one-day workshops to cover the core units and will undertake one to one coaching sessions. Candidates will complete personal reports to meet the CIPD standards and gather a portfolio of evidence. On completion of the portfolio, candidates will then also undertake a Final Assessment Interview.
