Claire provides some background as to her journey in the Human Resource Profession: ‘‘I started my career in Nursing and after 2.5 years realised that though I love working with people, it was in the wrong profession. Very quickly I was attracted to the world of Human Resources and after completing my Level 3 CIPD, I had the hunger. I realised HR was the profession I was destined to be in. Over the last 12 years I’ve built on that experience working in the Further Education Sector as a HR Officer, Business Partner, Manager and now an entrepreneur in Human Resources.”
Claire is no stranger to DMS Ireland as she successfully completed the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management with DMS with the icing on the cake being her upgrade to Chartered Membership of the CIPD.
Claire’s mission is to transform Human Resources Practice through technology, mindset, and modern business processes.
