Suzie Rogers joins the DMS Ireland Team

We’re proud to welcome Suzie Rogers as our new Associate Consultant, facilitating CIPD qualifications in Ireland.

Suzie brings over 15 years of international HR experience spanning Europe and the US, with deep expertise in Hiring, People Business Partnering, Workplace Strategy, and Talent Acquisition. Her diverse background and strategic mindset make her an exceptional asset to our team and to the learners she’ll be guiding.

A qualified Executive and Life Coach, Suzie takes a holistic approach to leadership and employee development—supporting individuals and organisations alike to grow with purpose and confidence.
Currently on the journey to becoming a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Suzie is dedicated to continuous learning and raising the standard of the people profession.

With a strong passion for shaping employee experience and organisational culture, Suzie is also exploring how Artificial Intelligence is reshaping HR—offering transformative possibilities in how we attract, engage, and retain talent for the future.
