Introduction to Coaching and Mentoring Programme
For those new to the HR function in a supporting/administration role, it may be beneficial to develop essential coaching and mentoring skills for the workplace. It is also suitable for staff who need the development of knowledge and skills to carry out the mentoring/coaching of others. This foundation level programme will provide the candidate with broad concepts and skills that underpin coaching and mentoring within the workplace.
Intermediate Coaching and Mentoring Programme
For those working at line manager level within their organisation, the intermediate level programme will enable the candidate to contribute to the development of coaching and mentoring activities with the organisation from support with devising coaching and mentoring plans through to designing, managing and implementing support measures.
Advanced Coaching and Mentoring Programme
For those working at a strategic, senior level within their organisation, the advanced level programme will enable the candidate to develop the intellectual, social and professional skills necessary to design, apply and practise coaching and mentoring programmes to support personal and performance development.
