Launch of New DMS Ireland Student APP for CIPD Qualifications

DMS Ireland’s dynamic duo, Lynn Carson and Gillian Robson officially launch the new DMS Ireland App this week following the local NI centre’s approval to deliver the full suite of CIPD qualifications new for 2021 earlier this year.

DMS Ireland is one of the earliest centres in the UK/Ireland to be approved to deliver the CIPD’s new Qualifications consisting of five qualifications over three levels:  Foundation Certificate in People Practice, Associate Diploma in People Management, Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development, Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management and the Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning & Development.

Lynn Carson, Managing Director of DMS Ireland, explains: “We are delighted to introduce our new DMS Ireland App for the new qualifications.  We now have over 80 students enrolled on the CIPD’s new qualifications from all over the UK and Ireland and the DMS App will provide individuals with the opportunity to track their progress, access their qualification resources, network and share information, keep an up-to-date CPD Record whilst at home, in the office or on the go. 

Gillian Robson, Programme Director at DMS Ireland and Foundation/Associate Diploma lead facilitator provides further insight into the Apps usefulness to current candidates on the new qualifications:

“Our CIPD students are required to prepare for facilitation sessions by accessing the resources and recorded webinars on our portal.  The App allows candidates to access the resources via a range of devices to suit their learning opportunities, whether it be whilst walking, sitting in the garden, a desk at home or work.  The way we work has changed and so too is our need to access resources on demand in a blended way and the DMS APP not only facilitates this hybrid way of working but also provides a learner journey for each individual.” 

 The DMS App can be downloaded via Android or iOS and accessed via the web on laptop or PC.  DMS Candidates working on the new qualifications can download the APP today.
